  For your grocery needs, you’ll find a Safeway, Target, and a local Island Naturals (similar to Whole Foods) conveniently located nearby. There’s also a Costco about 15 minutes away, which is definitely the best option for shopping in terms of price and variety. Please keep in mind that, as with most islands, local grocery and gas prices tend to be higher than what you might be used to on the mainland. Costco can help you save on both groceries and gas during your stay!

• Meal delivery- Chef Jess crafts nourishing plant-based and gluten-free meals. These meals are designed for those looking to improve their health through diet, by incorporating more fruits, veggies, beans, nuts/seeds and whole grains. We always prioritize high quality, local & organic ingredients, avoiding ultra inflammatory ingredients like seed oils & refined sugars. The meals do not contain meat or dairy- but you do not need to be vegetarian/vegan to enjoy our food. The meals are packed with flavor and very satisfying for veg. & omnivores alike. We are so proud to share that this service has helped clients with lowering cholesterol/blood pressure, weight loss, improving gut health, increasing energy levels and more. The cost is $24 per meal.
