Two dining areas, one inside within the great room, the second outside on the large covered lanai. There is an outdoor grill if you prefer to cook alfresco.
The living room has a large smart TV with a Sonos sound system.
There are beautifully decorated half bathrooms on each floor.
There is an elevator between the Main entrance, bedrooms and upper living area.

The Master Bedroom features a king size bed with ocean view, direct access to the lower lanai and hot tub. Smart TV with Sonos sound system, mirrored walk in closet, a work from home desk area and a built in coffee / wine bar with temperature controlled wine fridge. A spa-like ensuite with an oversized opulent walk in shower, double vanity and makeup dressing area .

The second and third bedrooms have queen beds, ocean views with direct access to the lower lanai and hot tub. Mirrored closets, smart TVs with Sonos sound systems. Both have luxurious ensuite bathrooms. Bedroom two has a walk in shower and bedroom three has a soaking tub.
The fourth bedroom has queen size bunk beds, mirrored closet and beautiful ensuite with walk in shower.
