Wow – what else can I say!!!
We stayed in August 2024 for a 10 night family vacation and this property exceeded all our expectations !
The vacation started with a full tour of the house by Sharon who was so friendly and helpful. She has a wealth of local knowledge, knows all the best places to visit, the best restaurants and explained fully how everything in the house worked.
Finished to the highest standard the house has everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated and each bathroom fully stocked with towels and toiletries. Our bedroom had a large smart tv, Apple TV and Sonos system too – perfect for when the kids wanted to pile in our enormous comfy bed to relax before bedtime.
The kitchen is beyond well stocked with every appliance you could need and there is an abundance of plates, glasses, cutlery etc. so even though there was 10 of us staying we didn’t have to constantly wash up.
Will definitely stay here again

We elevated our vacation experience to new heights of luxury and comfort. This gorgeous Kona home is truly a luxurious Hawaiian haven. With direct beach access and beautiful picturesque walks along the shore daily, we felt like we had our own private beach oasis. The home has stunning ocean views and the location is ideal – a short walk to local breweries, breakfast and coffee spots and convenient day trips to nearby attractions. We even made it to Hilo for lunch with stops at South Point cliffs (do the jump- it’s worth it) and Rainbow falls and still made it back in time to catch the evening sunset. I celebrated my birthday there and have to say the sunsets from the lava rocks were the icing on my cake! Luxury is felt throughout the house but the bedding the towels and the kitchen amenities really make it 5+ stars! We loved grilling out on the back patio.
We will definitely be back and will bring more of our family with us this time as the home is perfect for larger groups.

Stayed a few nights
As someone with discerning tastes, this home’s location, amenities, and quality were unparalleled! Offering indoor-outdoor living just above Queen’s Bath beach, access to the house was incredibly easy, and once settled in, offered walking distance strolls to downtown Kona, its shops and restaurants. During the day we could step out the back yard gate and enjoy a quick and refreshing dip in the ocean. And when deciding on meals, the contemporary beach house’s gourmet kitchen made choosing to eat out or stay in a daily dilemma. Why go out when you’ve got the perfect view from the outdoor dining space?!? If stairs are an issue, the elevator provided easy access from the living spaces down to the sleeping quarters below. Regardless of what you do, definitely choose this home the next time you’re looking for a luxurious stay in Kona!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+

Group trip
This home is absolute perfection! From the warm greeting on arrival, the beautiful welcome basket, impeccable attention to detail, this really was a five star dream house and dream vacation! The photos do not do it justice! We were 8 adults and 2 children. ample space for all to relax and have fun! The house is right on the beach, lovely soft sand and warm shallow water.
The friendly staff gave us recommendations, helped create an itinerary and handled all arrangements for excursions ahead of time. The highlight of the trip was snorkeling at night with the Manta rays! We are already planning a trip back to Hale Moana Keiki next year!
